Overview: The Incauthority service review Starter package costs significantly more than the entry bundle. Although it provides certain helpful services, it also comes with some extras that we deem superfluous, like EIN filing and an LLC kit (business seal and record book).
The Inc Protection Advisor customer service, which offers limitless online and phone support focused on resolving difficult and legal challenges, makes this the perfect option for customers who expect their company will require more legal advice in the future.
As a result, we do not advise you to sign up for this plan because the additional services are not worth the $399 price.

Operating Arrangement: This is a confidential agreement that sets down the ownership, rights, and obligations of each member or owner of the Limited Liability Company (LLC), as well as the particular guidelines by which the LLC shall be managed. Depending on the requirements and the nature of your firm, Inc Authority will customise this.
Book of Records and Company Seal: To help you get your LLC up and running, Inc Authority will give you a customised box. The box will have your company’s name engraved on it and include a transfer ledger and a bindery for managing business paperwork.

Resolutions and minutes from meetings: All board meetings must be recorded in minutes in order to maintain compliance. To choose executives, establish rules, and decide on share issue, the first board meeting is necessary.
You will get customised minutes and resolutions templates as part of the Starter package. For organisations with a variety of stakeholders or members, these might be quite helpful.
Ownership Certificates: Inc Authority will issue membership certificates to each owner of your LLC. Despite the noble intentions behind this add-on, it is not a statutory necessity and is not worth your money.
